Staying fit at home has it's advantages and disadvantages though the disadvantages seems to me more. You just have to stay focus and determined to be fit at all time. If possible find a fitness partner, your son, daughter, husband, wife or neighbour could help in this aspect. You can sit less while at home: Studies have shown that sitting for long hours contributes in a great way to us been ill so in other to reduce our risk of ill health from inactivity, we are advise to exercise regularly. Sitting for long hours can lead to us being obese, overweight. The chances of one having type 2 diabetes or certain types of cancer is also high. In other words it is required that you sit less.
